All camps and excursions involve consent to participate, and will be advertised ahead of the event with permission form details distributed either via email, or directly to students in paper copy.

2024 Camps

In May 2024, Year 7 students have the opportunity to attend camp at Queensland Camping and Conference Centres (QCCC) in Tambourine.  Students will depart at 7.30am on Wednesday 8 May and return 3.30pm on Friday 10 May.

Students will be participating in a range of physical activities aimed at building resilience and team work.  Activities are facilitated by staff of Vertec Adventure during the day and on one evening.  MHSSC staff provide supervision during these activities and during all other times.

As camp is an extracurricular event, before a student can be considered for participation, a parent or carer is required to have fulfilled all financial requirements.

Consent Forms and deposit payments are required by Wednesday 22 March.  Any questions regarding the camp can be made to Head of Year 7, Miss Emblem at 7hoy@mangohillssc.eq.edu.au
